A hydrogen fuel cell produces energy through an electrochemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen gas is fed into the anode side of the fuel cell, where it is split into protons and electrons. The protons travel through an electrolyte membrane to the cathode side, while the electrons flow through an external circuit, creating an electric current. At the cathode, the protons, electrons, and oxygen from the air combine to produce water and release energy in the form of electricity. **

It is important to stay calm and seek shelter immediately if you suspect a tornado. Look for signs such as a rotating, funnel-shaped cloud, a loud roaring sound, or debris being lifted into the air. It is always better to err on the side of caution and take shelter in a safe location until the threat has passed. If you have access to a weather radio or smartphone, you can also check for tornado warnings in your area. **

A hydrogen fuel cell is a device that converts the chemical energy of hydrogen and oxygen into electricity through an electrochemical reaction. It consists of an anode, a cathode, and an electrolyte membrane. Hydrogen gas is fed into the anode, where it is split into protons and electrons. The protons pass through the electrolyte membrane to the cathode, while the electrons flow through an external circuit, creating an electric current. At the cathode, the protons, electrons, and oxygen from the air combine to produce water and heat as byproducts. This process is clean and efficient, making hydrogen fuel cells a promising alternative to traditional combustion engines. **

A tornado forms when warm, moist air at the surface meets cool, dry air aloft, creating instability in the atmosphere. This instability causes the air to start rotating horizontally. If winds at different altitudes change speed or direction, this rotating air can be tilted vertically, forming a rotating column of air. As the column of air continues to rotate and intensify, it can develop into a tornado, with strong winds and a funnel cloud extending from the base of a thunderstorm. **

I'm sorry, I cannot provide real-time information on weather events. It's best to check with local news sources or weather authorities for the most up-to-date information on tornado sightings. **

It is not possible for an individual to build a tornado. Tornadoes are natural weather phenomena that form when certain atmospheric conditions come together, such as warm, moist air colliding with cool, dry air. These conditions are beyond human control and cannot be artificially created. Tornadoes are powerful and destructive forces of nature that should be respected and prepared for, rather than attempted to be built or manipulated. **

One can recognize a tornado by looking for certain signs such as a dark, greenish sky, large hail, a loud roar similar to a freight train, and a rotating, funnel-shaped cloud descending from the sky. Additionally, one may notice a sudden change in wind direction and intensity, as well as a persistent, low-lying cloud base. It is important to seek shelter immediately if any of these signs are observed, as tornadoes can be extremely dangerous and destructive. **

One highly-rated tornado warning app is the American Red Cross Tornado app. This app provides real-time alerts for tornado warnings and includes a siren and warning sound to alert users of potential danger. It also includes a map with the location of the tornado and provides safety tips and information on how to prepare for a tornado. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices and is free to download. **
