I'm sorry, but as an AI language model, I do not have the ability to perceive or access real-time information such as the color of a traffic light. If you are currently at a traffic light, I would recommend looking at the light itself to determine its color. If you have a specific scenario or context in mind, please provide more details so that I can assist you better. **

The red traffic light isn't turning green because it is following the predetermined traffic signal pattern, which is likely based on the timing and coordination of traffic flow at that intersection. The green light for the other direction of traffic may be prioritized at the moment, or there may be a delay due to pedestrian crossing signals or other factors. It's important to wait for the light to change to green before proceeding to ensure safety for all road users. **

To determine if the oncoming traffic at a traffic light also has a green light, you can look for the corresponding traffic signal facing the oncoming vehicles. If the signal is green, it indicates that the oncoming traffic also has the right of way. Additionally, you can observe the behavior of the vehicles - if they are moving forward steadily and not stopping, it is likely that they have a green light. It is important to always exercise caution and be prepared to yield if necessary, even if you believe the oncoming traffic has a green light. **

Based on the image provided, it appears to be a traffic light sensor. The device is likely used to detect the presence of vehicles at the intersection and to help control the timing of the traffic lights. It does not have the typical features of a traffic light camera, such as a lens or flash. **

A traffic light camera may flash when the light is green to capture the image of a vehicle running a red light. The flash is used to provide additional illumination for the camera to capture a clear image of the vehicle and its license plate. This helps law enforcement to identify and issue citations to drivers who violate traffic laws by running red lights. **

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you referring to the German political party Alternative for Germany (AfD) or are you asking about traffic lights? Can you please provide more context or clarify your question? **

The red light is typically longer than the green light to allow for more time for vehicles to come to a complete stop and for pedestrians to safely cross the intersection. This helps to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all road users. Additionally, the red light duration is often based on traffic flow patterns and the volume of vehicles at the intersection to optimize traffic efficiency. **

One should wait at a green traffic light when there is a pedestrian crossing the street, when there is a vehicle in the intersection, or when there is a potential hazard such as an emergency vehicle approaching. It is important to always be aware of your surroundings and be prepared to stop if necessary, even when the light is green. Additionally, it is important to yield to pedestrians and other vehicles as necessary to ensure safety on the road. **
